Shipping Policy

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. 

Once your order has shipped you will receive another automated confirmation email that will include your tracking number.

We are working closely with USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post & Royal Mail to distribute our orders in the respective countries. Sometimes these carriers can take between 3-5 business days to display the updated tracking information on their respective tracking pages.

Should this be the case please track your order using the 3rd party tracking provider below to obtain real-time information about your orders whereabouts.

Due to the high volume of orders during the Christmas promotion, there may be some delays. We will make every effort to ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your understanding regarding potential logistic delays. Order Processing

We start working on your order immediately. This process consists of sending the items of your order to our warehouse and preparing them for the international shipping process.  You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

We typically need 3-9 business days to process your order (except for pre-sale items). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping time below does not include such processing time.

Kindly note that processing and shipping time may be impacted at year end due to high order volumes.

Others including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, New Zealand, Mexico, Ireland, Finland, Vietnam and other countries and regions.

Estimated Arrival Time To You = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

Duke&Tailor is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Duke&Tailor has no control over these charges, nor can Duke&Tailor predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Order Address Error

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
